Chat
Spamming (in any chat) is not allowed.
Only Shaiya related talk in trade chat.
Do not impersonate as another player or staff member.
Do not advertise any other website or game.
Do not discriminate or insult other players in any way.
Do not circulate false information about players, staffs or the server itself.
Be respectful towards any player or staff member, listen to and follow staff member’s commands.
Toxic behavior that may harm this server or provoke disbalance may result in an immediate kick or ban depending on intensity.
Accounts, Characters
Your account is property of Shaiya Diversity. You’re responsible for your account information and safety.
Do not create unnecessarily large amounts of accounts.
Do not name your character with any symbols such as [] or containing information that offends the terms of chat.
Do not abuse any features by creating new characters over and over again.
These rules apply to everyone, even if different players are on the same IP address. If this is the case, please create a ticket on discord or send an email to silomat@shaiya-diversity.com and give valid proof before disregarding the rules.
Note: Make sure that your characters CRR is running, if not, relog. If your character dies permanently, you will have to purchase character restoration service for donation points.
Game
The game, its content, and its features may be changed regularly.
Please be fair and do not scam other players.
Note:Be aware that it is always possible that we add or remove features or items in the game and cannot always offer a refund.
PvP
Dual boxing (logging with multiple accounts at the same time) is not allowed during Public Boss Hunts* or PvP.
You can only log into two accounts at once, but they have to be on the same faction.
Do not repeatedly kill players exactly in their spawning areas.
Do not massively camp portal areas
Do not stat pad. (gaining massive amounts of PvP kills by killing low level characters or characters that do not wear equipment or characters that do not defend themselves; this also includes massive "free kills")
-> this will cause removal of ALL your kills as well
Do not feed. (actively trying to be killed many times by not defending or wearing equipment or weak equipment on purpose in PvP areas)
Raid, Drops and Events
In cases of events: Raid with automatic join and random/group loot has to be opened once more than one player joins the event.
Raid chats with automatic join must be in English, this includes /raid commands.
You may not kick players for no reason in public raids.
Do not ignore special event rules or there will be direct consequences (e.g. naked PvP). More information about event rules you will find on discord.
However, if a player distracts the boss hunt or event in any way (repeatedly dying due to low gear, not sticking to boss fight tacticts etc.), he may be kicked. Before kicking, you have to notify the player what the issue is and give the chance to improve. Make sure to have proof (SS) to why a player has been kicked.
Do not rejoin a raid you have been kicked from several times. (this does count as spam)
Public Boss Hunts
Public Boss Hunts* must be called out in trade chat in any way.
It is not allowed to distract boss hunts of the same faction by resetting bosses on purpose.
Raid with automatic join and random/group loot has to be opened once more than one player fights the boss.
Raids may be closed if the boss has HP below 50%. This does not apply for events.
Exploits/Modifications/Hacks
Do not use any third party programs that are not provided from Shaiya Diversity and give you an unfair advantage in game.
Do not use any kinds of hacks.
Do not abuse any bugs or exploits.
Report any bug or exploit you find in the game to our discord server immediately.
Teleporting into a dungeon that is usually not accessible with your level is not allowed!

Any actions of yours that may negatively impact the server and its balance may also result in additional punishments.
