GM Services Guides

Contact Administrator: Open a ticket on discord via #create-a-new-ticket channel, contact us via facebook or write an email to silomat@shaiya-diversity.com

Character Restoration: If you have Placeholder A in your bank, contact the administrator and include the following information: Character Name, Class, Level, Map (of death) and the approximate time of its death.

Character Faction Change: Delete all of your characters, switch faction and create a character on the other faction with the same Name and Class. It does not include items. Contact the administrator and include the following information: Character Name, Class, Level.

Character Faction Change Premium: Delete all of your characters, switch faction and create a character on the other faction with the same Name and Class. It does include items. Contact the administrator and include the following information: Character Name, Class, Level.

Deleveling Service: Contact the administrator and include the following information: Character Name, Class, Level. Make sure to use Stat Reset Stone and Skill Reset Stone that have been added to your gift box.

Kill Transfer: Contact the administrator and include the following information: Character Name, Class, Level (include same information for the character that will receive the kills)

Item Recovery: Contact the administrator and include the following information: Item Name, time and date of loss, Character that lost the item

Item Transfer: Contact the administrator and include the following information: Item Name, location of your item (warehouse; inventory -> what character?; slot - same information of item to be transferred to). Only links are transferred.

Item Transfer Premium: Contact the administrator and include the following information: Item Name, location of your item (warehouse; inventory -> what character?; slot - same information of item to be transferred to). Links, OJ and enchants are transferred.

Item Faction Change: Contact the administrator and include the following information: Item Name, location of your item (warehouse; inventory -> what character?; slot - same information of item to be transferred to). Links, OJ and enchants are transferred.

Custom Name Tag: Contact the administrator and include the following information: Character Name, Class, Level, Nametag with less than 8 characters (7 or less).

automatic GM-Services Guides

Follow every step given in our item description. If you are unsure how to use these items, look at our video guides.

Wrong use of automatic GM Services cannot be refunded. However, if your item is not eligible for the GM Service, the item will be refunded automatically into your gift box.

GM Enchant +1

Follow these instructions to make sure the gm service is working properly.
(1) Store the item to be enchanted into your warehouse on the first slot.
(2) Relog.
(3) Use this item.
(4) Relog. Done.

This service can only be used three times on weapons and once on armor. Check out the youtube videos mentioned above before usage.

GM Reroll

Follow these instructions to make sure the gm service is working properly.
(1) Store the item to be rerolled into your warehouse on the first slot.
(2) Relog.
(3) Use this item.
(4) Send STR, DEX, REC, INT, LUC, WIS and if item allows it: HP, MP, SP into normal chat, depending on which attribute you want maxed.
(5) Relog. Done.

This service can only be used once per item. Check out the youtube videos mentioned above before usage.

Premium GM Reroll

Follow these instructions to make sure the gm service is working properly.
(1) Store the item to be rerolled into your warehouse on the first slot.
(2) Relog.
(3) Use this item.
(4) Send STR, DEX, REC, INT, LUC, WIS into normal chat, depending on which attribute you want double-maxed.
(5) Relog. Done.

This service can only be used once per item. Check out the youtube videos mentioned above before usage.
